You need an account to unlock most of Scouter beyond the public preview. New customers start a 30-day free trial of Starter or Premium (credit card required) — see Plans and what’s included.
Create an account
- Go to scouterai.com and choose Start free trial (or Sign up).
- Continue with Google, Apple, or email + password.
- Choose Starter or Premium on Pricing and complete Stripe Checkout with a credit card.
- You get full access for 30 days. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged; otherwise billing starts automatically.
Sign in
Use the same method you used when you registered (Google, Apple, or email). Your session stays active until you log out or clear site cookies in your browser.
Forgot your password?
- On the login screen, use the reset password flow for email accounts.
- Or, once signed in: Settings → Account → Change password.
Google and Apple accounts manage passwords in those providers’ settings. From Scouter, Google users can open Settings → Account → Manage your Google account.
Log out
Open Settings from the sidebar (desktop) or the account menu (mobile), then choose Log out. Logging out does not delete your Bench, Lineup, saved Shortlist searches, or subscription — those stay on your account.
If Google sign-in fails
Some browsers, embedded webviews, and automated tools block Google’s sign-in flow. If that happens:
- Open scouterai.com in a normal desktop browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox).
- Sign in with email + password instead, or create an email account if you only used Google before and need a fallback.
