How to run a search
- Open Shortlist while on Premium.
- Enter your request in the Intelligent Search field (or use voice if available).
- Press Enter or click Run screen.
- Review the table. Adjust manual filters if you want to tighten or loosen the result.
- Save useful searches to History, and add tickers to Bench or Lineup as needed.
Tips that save time
- Say stocks only or funds only when you do not want the default mixed universe (stocks + ETFs + mutual funds).
- Mention catalysts or timing when that matters (“earnings next month”) so those filters can be included.
- If you get zero rows, broaden the language or reset filters — the request may have been too narrow, or some names may lack fundamentals.
