“I used a credit but Lineup catalysts are still locked”
On Free, full catalyst detail on Lineup/Bench feeds only unlocks for tickers where an Expected Moves credit was actually spent this period. If the analysis page did not finish loading, the credit may not have applied. Starter and Premium (including free trials) unlock roster catalysts without credits.

“I clicked a catalyst in the feed and nothing useful appeared”

“Where is the portfolio breakdown?”
Only on Starting Lineup, and only after you add holdings with a size (shares or dollars). Click Expected Moves & Breakdown next to the Lineup header — the chart-style control — not the portfolio value number alone. Bench names are not included in that portfolio view.
“Shortlist returned no rows”
Filters may be too tight, or you accidentally limited the universe (stocks vs funds). Reset filters, broaden the request, or rephrase Premium Intelligent Search in simpler language. Very new or thinly covered names may lack fundamentals. See Shortlist.
“Expected Moves looks incomplete”

“Top Ideas is blurred”
Unblurred stock/event detail is a Premium feature. Free and Starter can still preview some columns and use Case Studies for historical write-ups. See Top Ideas.
“Trend Scores won’t show the full breakdown”
The complete detail modal (unblurred breakdown + basket chart) needs Starter or Premium. Free users get a teaser modal instead. See Trend Scores.
“I upgraded but still see Free”
- Refresh the page.
- Sign out and sign back in.
- Wait a minute for payment confirmation to sync.
- If it still looks wrong, email support@scouterai.com with the email on your account.
“Google sign-in failed”
Use email + password on scouterai.com in a normal browser. Google often blocks unusual browsers, in-app webviews, and automated tools. See Signing up and signing in.
“A premium scouting report is locked even though I’m signed in”
Free accounts can unlock one complimentary premium report (the current free offer). After that, additional premium scouting reports need Premium. On-page buttons will say things like Claim Your Premium Report or Premium subscribers only. Details: Scouting Reports.
